Great idea. I will sticky it and give my own knowledge of owned houses so far. Most of those lack the correct deeds, so well free to take care of it. I will also move it to messages from the council, forum.

No dagren, you have been away for 1½ year. But I do remember standing in the AH and hearing you emote something in your bedroom together with a girl. *wink* (no it was not cyber)

In generel then we try to give out the house to those who ask first and then take the licence back if they do not use it. So far liesje have been the only one requesting that house at all.

If I was thought of as dead and sold I would settle for a payment for my troubles. So I can find a new home and stay at an inn for the meanwhile. ("rp money" not the kind you spend at the AH)

So far the payment had been fictional IC only. As in no ingame gold.

I still prefer that all the nonimportant posts get deleted

I used that house occasionally on an alt.. there's only 1 downside to renting it merke.
It IS being used.. by Ol' Emma the NPC she occasionally spams the whole place with whining.
