| the battle of stranglethorn began a fw hours ago. the alliance was supposed to do their normal things which they would do awhile the horde lured them to the arena and there they would have a big battle. or something.
alliance force: the 9th battalion horde force : some guilds of the horde and alliance. like the cult the salty tide the bleeding axe clan the clearwater tribe and some others (NOT the house of sylvanas) (9th battalion will be calld alliance , horde forces will b split in hord horde and allianc horde)
the horde horde gathered at grom'gol and the alliance horde gathered at the gurubashi arena. th horde horde went to the arena and saw the house of sylvanas int heir arena gear killing all the alliance horde pople, and later they just went back to the undead lands (tirisfall uc,..). then the horde went north to the border with duskwood to intercept the alliance there (because of the house). aftr waiting som time we got bored and attacked darkshire. then other alliance came and we retreated to th arena . everyon of the horde took there posistion and then ... the house of sylvanas came and killed all alliance horde people AGAIN!. after the house came it wasnt the combined forces of the horde and alliance outlaws but it was the house of sylvanas against the 9th battalion .
the house of sylvanas was invited to come on a meeting and there he said he wouldnt com to help and what does he , he comes and steals our work he steal our rppvp where he didnt do anything for! they killed th allies of the horde twice! damn traitors! damn the house! traitors! thieves they are!
so for me (and probaly some other hordes) ir was fun inbetween th house fuck ups. and ys you can say this was random rp but they just stole it. we didnt had anything to do anymore nothing else then watching them steal the show and killing our allis atleast!
so how was it for the alliance? did you like the house comming? what were the problems you got in stormwind? you think thiese things can be done in the future? *asking both 'our' alliance and the 'real' alliance here)

| From my side it looks like a quite interesting theesided conflict. To us it gave a good effect that the house joined. Atleast in my opinion. | |

| Well it was bit confusing... After my char (who only joined the battle because horde and outlaws was raiding his home) defeated a renegade paladin who nearly killed Pilus a horde paladin from hiding killed the guy with Hammer of Wrath. My second enemy was Maglor. I defeated him in an epic fight. And the horde killed him too with Hammer of Wrath. After I escorted Pilus to a safe place I headed to the arena to help out Thlaina. She ordered me to stop the attack. I waited outside the arena. There was a big battle so I "sneaked" in (I only killed Arses (sry if the spelling is wrong) cause she ganked me earlier). So I still confused who attacked who who is friend who is foe...
BTW it was little annoying that I was fighting in RP equipment (except sword and shield) while horde was in S3-4, and high lvl raid instance stuff.

| I decided to watch the whole from afar..
As far as i know horde alliance was guarding the border of STV.. with quite a fail 'cause i went through ( no offence it was just funny when after i went to STV someone told they actually guarding the area so noone could go there XD ). Then i was waiting for a long time when i was told that ppl are actually still in Dw.. so i went there and i saw a .. horde horde waving me.. then i was running around in DW 'cause i didn't see anyone. Then i went back STV where i couldn't find anyone again, then i decided to leave when a horde horde killed me 2 times ( according to someone it was an RP-er, what i got know later *shrugs* ) so then i met a few alliance alliance and went to sleep after 2,5 hours "trying to find the ppl"-expedition.
So.. as i told i decided to watch it from afar and i succedeed in it beyond expectation.
On a more serious note: I heard the original plan and what the turnout became.. quite a diffrence. Though i think HoS showing up wasn't actually that unexpected.. and imo it brought some more thrill into it at least. Overally this event went better than expected from such a big cross-faction event imo.

A paladin can stun you and prevent to go faster then your normal speed... You can easily run away from paladins... It's true that they will catch you with crusader aura...
