Difficult...

How difficult would it be to create something like this....

It made finding rp events so easy on AD and such...

Just a thought though.

Such a website is quite hard to code and would require someone who actually studied web-editing for a few years

I might be missing something, but which part of that site is difficult to make?

Indeed, I also looked at it 1 year ago and though that SSL should have something like that. I looked at their code and found out how advanced it is. Also, I am afraid that atm SSL dosent have a large enough RP community to have such a portal.

The whole dynamic text part is the hard thing. It would require some php knowledge I guess.

I'm not advanced enough in webdesign and so yet to make such a thing..
And the problem will mainly be that it's a LOT to keep up to date, loads of work.. etc.

I would be real nice to have, but if we just look at the activity on this and the "we are legion" forum, then I would not say that we have enough forum community for it.

I too was inspired by the AA portal, but as mentioned above, the time, effort and knowledge required to create something like that is beyond what we can muster here on SSL.

why not asking the one that made it for advice then?
