I write on the topic of use of specific potions in connection to criminal activity. We, the militia, have seen a increasing amount of criminals use Invisibility potions to escape guards and the likes. In addition criminals have been escaped the stocked by using such.

In addition to the criminal problems, we have also heard some rumors of fear of other missuse of such potion. That includes different uses that might exceed the private life of citizens.

With this I bring you suggestions to concider if there should be any laws or limitation on production, sale, storage and/or use of this kind of potion.
