Stormwind properties map

I've been cruising around Stormwind and inspected every building, and marked all completely empty buildings, also without NPC's (except blue recluse) on a map, which can be hired, to make it more overviewable and easy.

Legend:
Red: house/meeting hall
Blue: inn/tavern
Yellow: shop
Green: public community buildings

1: Large house, owned by Liesje, deed made up by Councillor Siheld
2: Alchemy lab, owned by "Sir Dorlamere", deed made up by Councillor Fordring
3: Large tavern, owned by Khazrand Ta Khazmodan, deed made up by Councillor Siheld
4: Large tavern, owned by Lady Niae, deed made up by Councillor Siheld
5: Large house, -AVAILABLE FOR HIRE-
6: Small tavern, -AVAILABLE FOR HIRE-
7: Shop(with mail/plate armor goods), -AVAILABLE FOR HIRE-
8: Small meeting hall, -AVAILABLE FOR HIRE-
9: Small house, owned by Miriel and Merke, deed made up by Councillor Siheld
10: Shop(with tailoring goods), owned by blakani, deed made up by Councillor Siheld
11: Shop(with tailoring goods), -AVAILABLE FOR HIRE-
12: Small tavern, owned by Sir Alais, deed made up by Councillor Siheld
13: Large tavern, owned by Lady Aysel, deed made up by Councillor Fordring
14: Shop(with bowyer goods), -AVAILABLE FOR HIRE-
15: Small meetinghall/house, owned by sir Erio, deed made up by Councillor Fordring
16: Large tavern, -AVAILABLE FOR HIRE-
17: Large tavern, -AVAILABLE FOR HIRE-
18: Large public community hall, -AVAILABLE FOR HIRE- (Per day instead of per month)
19: Small public community building, -AVAILABLE FOR HIRE- (Per day instead of per month)

Did the first edit, updated it with the list of existing deeds, everything should be correct now.

Edit 2: added a tavern I forgot (slaughtered lamb) and added the city hall in cathedral district and guildhall in dwarf district

Just to make sure that you dont get your hopes up. A minor error have accoured. Maglor is owner of the house and we first need to be sure if he still uses it.

AKA: it is too much of a public pub to be owned by any faction or person that is not a npc.

If I would make a script that would make me go WWWWWW AAA WWWWWW DDD WWWWWWW AAA WWWWWW DDD WWWWW, would I count as an NPC?

Perhaps, but it still adds realism if one organisation has "official" ownership and has players actively serving players.

As for cut-throat alley: I just can't catch Maglor online >.<

My pleasure, and I fear that WotLK won't add houses in the harbor, so far all there is to see is crates, steamtanks, towers, more crate, lionstatues, and boats, with crates on 'm!
