GHR Faction sign up list

With the change of requirements, then I have now made this post where people can sign their factions up.

I will try and judge if there is a reason to make the faction, since it would be good to keep the amount of factions a bit down. Amoung other things I will follow the following guidelines:

• The guild must have a reason for using the addon regularely.
  
• The guild must be atleast two weeks old and active.

Please use the following form to sign up:

Name: Name of the faction
Leader:
Description: Distription of the faction (will be showed in the rep tab)
Start reputation: What reputation users will start on (hated/unfriendly/neutral/friendly/honored).
Reputation link: Reputation gained with other factions can give reputation to this faction also. E.g. if the player gains 100 rep with faction X then he could also get 0.5 * 100 rep (50 rep) with this faction. In that example write: "X 0.5". The ratio (0.5 in this example) can also be negative.
What rewards reputation: Mention a few example of what actions will increase or decrease reputation with this faction.



I am well aware that many people will not look at this forum, but if they ask ingame to have a faction they could be redirected here.

Name: The Raven Knights
Leader:Galthos&Gamning (if it must be 1 take Galthos, he is in charge regarding the rp for the moment)
Description:An order of freelancing knights that has been gathered all across the world to fight for their own goals and beliefs.
Start reputation: Neutral (if just General, but we are mostly freandly when it comes to nation factions that fight for the free people of Azeroth)
Reputation link:Im not sure honestly how you meen here, if you want a list of faction or so?
Becouse the rep goes up and down, positive and negative regarding the relationship other factions has to eachother.
But lets say X&0.2 so if we go up 1000rep with militia then we also go up 200with silverwing.
But as i said not sure how you want here and you might wanna contact Galthos regarding this.
What rewards reputation:Just RP or in General to?
Well RP i dont know honestly, we dont have a country there we live, all live at their own place which make it difficult to pretend making some kinda faction item, but its not a bad ide, if you finish your item addon then meaby we can do some "raven artifacts" of some sorta for the RP part.
In general i would say you can see us as Backup, both rp and pvp/pve the better your relationship is the bigger chance we come when you need us.

Leader:
Maglor Shadewhisper

Description:
Hidden around the City of Stormwind is a small faction named the Mockers.
Aware of all that's happening they make plans and gain profit from others by either using them or spying on them.
They're mostly not seen but have their influence on others, especially normal citizens, which they protect for information.
They do things for themselves, not interfaring with others unless they'll gain profit from it.
Most of them are just lurking rogues, sneaking around and searching for information. Otherwise, they're in disguise while having a kind conversation to others.
Once in trouble they simply vanish, if this'll not succeed the Bashers come after the attackers, and make sure none saw them.
(( Heavy RP-guild... This is all you're allowed to know... *grins* ))

Start reputation: Neutral to all.

Reputation link: As said... They're on their own, so no reputation gain/loss.

What rewards reputation:sorry i missunderstood before.
Well we have and will keep give a helping hand for those who need it.
Also sometimes we will ask for help to.
The more you discount us, not answearing to our help or counting us out when you could have needed our help the less respected and wanted we will feel and that might decrease reputation with around 200 or something.
If you accept when we offer help then we will feel respected and the rep goes up for around 200.
If you turn us down when we need help without any sort of excuse or a really bad one the rep goes down for around 1000k+ and if you come and help it goes up for around 2000k+.

Reputation Link means, for example, if you get 250 Militia rep.. your Scourge rep goes down by 150.
Your factions reputation is linked with another faction, by gaining rep at yours.. they lose rep from your enemy faction(s).

Name: Townsfolk Union

Leader: Che

Description: A union of townsfolk where the most citizens are members of. There only cause is to make the live of normal citizens better.

Start reputation: Friendly.

Reputation link: Whenever you help out "good guys" (people who are nice against normal citizen's, like the Militia, You will gain 0.25 the reputation you earned at the militia. Whenever you help out "evil guys" (The Cult of Thuzalin, people who want to damage the citizens, or want to use them.)

What rewards reputation: Increase Reputation: Donations to the townsfolk, to help the poor. (Cloth, money, etc.) Helping Townsfolk by solving there problems. (Arrest people who are mean to them, etc.) Decrease Reputation: Attack citizens. Insult citizens. Be evil to them.

People who serve ze council (aka sw :s) can get reputation :O
I have a high tailor and high enchantre so maybe rewards can be enchants or cloth?

We can reward people who did big tasks for us with medailes and insignia\'s once Pilus item addon is done..
Make fabulous rich-looking robes as rep rewards, pay sums of cash or hand out titles


Name: The Stormwind Council
Leader: High-Councillor Lady Zeria Fordring
Description: The Council that rules over the Kingdom of Stormwind; consisting of the 9 Councillors, all their advisors and other servants. They are located in the Stormwind Castle, where they gather in the Council room at least once a week. Lead by High-Councillor Lady Zeria Fordring.
Start reputation: Friendly for all. (Also evil people, as they are all citizens and probably disguised a lot)
Reputation link: If a player gains 100 rep with the Council, he will gain 0,5 the rep with the militia up.. and 0,5 the rep with the cultists as minus.
(Example: You gained 100 reputation with the Stormwind Council, Your reputation with the militia increased by 50, Your reputation with the cult has decreased by 50)
What rewards reputation: Medals, Formal clothing, sums of cash, insignia\'s, documents / deeds(?) and pherhaps even titles.

Btw.. if it is possible to have several people to be able to in/decrease rep, I suggest making it possible for all Councillors

Leader: Thane - Torgar Troggstalker
Description: Formerly known as the Silver Hammers, The Gryphon Hammers are a clan of Wildhammer Dwarves based at Aerie Peak in the Hinterlands of Lordaeron.

Start reputation: Neutral to all except Militia, Outrunners and KtK to whom they are friendly.

Reputation link: Militia 0.5, Outrunners 0.5, KtK 0.25

What rewards reputation: Completing RP quests, Helping others complete RP quests, Organising Events, Raid Attendance, Punctuality, Contributions to Guildbank, General Roleplaying

Reputation Link - None it is on its own. any other fraction reputation maybe increase,
The Council will not decrease or increase because of any other fraction

Reputation Rewards - Depending on if you are a guild member or not if you are then you will recive free enchants
if you are not then you will get a free drink..or 2

Description - We own a Pub known as The Staff and Barrel, its a friendly place does party and Birthdays weddings you know a really friendly Pub.

Name: The Sway of Chaos

Leader: Jinjiro

Description: A group of psychotics, murderers and criminals assembled to play the enemies of Azeroth at their own twisted game, and fight evil with evil.

Start reputation: Neutral.

Reputation link: None

What rewards reputation: To gain reputation with The Sway of Chaos, one would have to commit acts of psychotic proportions. Anything judged to show your disdain for, or lack of morality, virtue or principles will gain you the respect of the faction. Showing that you have taken 'odd' or excessively violent action towards the Burning Legion (including Illidan's legions), Scourge, Black Dragonflight, Qiraji, or any of the hostile groups such as the Blackrock or Dark Iron clans. The more insane the action, the more reputation gained.

Description: The Sarmatian Knights are mercenaries. We have sworn our loyalty to the young King and sell our sevices to anyone who needs them, as long as it isn't against Stormwinds interests.

Reputation link: Stormwind Militia 0.5, Alliance Army 0.1 Echoes of Lordaeron 0.1 The Council 0.5 (will be adjusted over time)
What rewards reputation: Participating in missions/jobs 200, spending your free time with us drinking, eating and socialising 50, supporting a Sarmatian Knight in trouble unasked 100 (will be adjusted over time)

Name: The Grey Sunwolves
Leader: Pien Thlaina Sen'Dilen
Description: A freelancing guild, led by Pien Thlaina Sen'Dilen, Ex-Marshal of The Crimson Eagle, helping Baron Revilgaz's job in Booty Bay to control the town. The Grey Sunwolves seek peace through out Azeroth with the horde and several other factions, and offer their help when danger is roaming in Azeroth.
Start reputation: Neutral.
Reputation link: No gain or loss.
What rewards reputation: If cooperating with this guild, you'll gain reputation. The higher the reputation, the more the guild will like you and offer out their help.

Name: 9th batallion
Leader: Nevar
Description: This batallion has been formed by the Alliance High command, it's main goal is to assist the invasion of northrend and subue any and all threats to the alliance
Start reputation: friendly
Reputation link: x 0.5 militia, x 0.5 SW council, :1.5 scourge
What rewards reputation: Promotions, honourable deeds ((saving someone and stuff)), attending drills

Name: Keepers of the Grove
Leader: Arch-Druid Ilanowyr Staghelm
Description: The Keepers are the favored elves of Cenarius - charged with the responsibility to protect the few remaining Groves. They are typically honourable and just, but they are very distrusting of the 'lesser races' of the world. On one hand, they’re worshippers of all respected life on Azeroth. On the other hand, when crossed they can be fighting lethal opponents.
Start reputation: Unfriendly.
Reputation link: None.
What rewards reputation: Recognition by the Keepers of the Grove and entry into the wooded sanctity of the elves, perhaps they might even show themselves.

I have now finaly got the factions updated. My apoligies for the latency, but there have been problems with the system. Apperently being project leader and updating the project, collides with an active GHS project in terms of data trafic. Anyhow, they are up and working now.

Name: The Argent Dawn
Leader: Tyragon
Description: The Argent Dawn in Stormwind has their Guild hall in the Cathedral Sqaure. They aid and protect Stormwind from threats while joining the rest of the organization for world-wide tasks.
Start reputation: Neutral
Reputation link: 0.75 negative to The Scourge.
What rewards reputation: I will use this mainly for my own members. It increases when members participate in events or help me out with ideas to later earn rank by it. But for those outside it who got the GHR can have it increased if they help us or also participate in our events. Those who are hostile or threaten us gets their reputation decreased.

Name: The Scarlet Hand

Leader: Joseph Haltman

Description: A group of Scarlet Crusaders sent from the Scarlet Bastion to deal with the threat of the Cult Of The Thuzadin who have proved to be disrupting their operations.
Currently based deep beneath the cathedral of Light in Stormwind.

Start reputation: Neutral (hated/unfriendly/neutral/friendly/honored).

Reputation link: X0.10 with Stormwind Militia X-0.25 with Argent Dawn X-0.90 with Cult of the Thuzadin
(Every 100 Rep gained with The Scarlet Hand looses 90 Cult Rep and gains 10 Militia Rep and looses 25 AD rep)

What rewards reputation:
Slaying members of the Cult of the Thuzadin or aiding a Scarlet Hand unit in trouble...
Even minor things like helping them in disputes provides reputation.

What Rewards will you recieve:
Friendly - You are noticed by the lower ranks and they are less likely to question you as a Cultist
Honoured - Your name is wispered amongst the ranks but the Officers bat an eyelid to it, you may be requested to aid them on missions into undead territories
Revered - Your name is praised by the Officers, you are a worthey ally for the Scarlet Hand and will likely be in debted to you, they may even lend their most experienced Enchanters to blaze your weapon with the fiery glow of the Crusade
Exalted - The Crusader Lord praises your aid to the Scarlet Hand and you are granted Access to a Scarlet Crusader Enchantment upon your blade as well as access to the Crusader Lord's skills as a Blacksmith for your useage, anyone who achieves this reputation will be crossed off the list as being a possible cultist for their aid
